Airport → your hotel
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is about 30 km from the city centre. The Airport Rail Link reaches the city in ~26 min (35–45 THB), connecting to the MRT at Makkasan and the BTS Skytrain at Phaya Thai. A metered public taxi to Sukhumvit is roughly ฿300–450 including the 50 THB airport surcharge and tolls — use the public taxi queue, insist on the meter. Add your hotel on the Day-by-Day tab for an exact distance and fare. Verified Jul 2026.
