SSR International Airport (MRU) is in the island's far southeast. A taxi or pre-booked transfer is the practical choice — roughly MUR 2,300–2,500 to Port Louis (~48 km) and MUR 2,500–3,500 to Grand Baie in the north (~70 km, 60–75 min).
