From Phuket International Airport (HKT), in the island's north: the Phuket Smart Bus runs down the west coast to Patong and the beaches for a flat 100 THB (about hourly, ~1 hr to Patong). A metered taxi or airport limousine is roughly ฿700–900 to Patong, ฿400–500 to Phuket Town; Grab is the only app allowed to pick up at the airport. No train on the island.
